Jason Gurandiano

Jason Gurandiano is a Director in Deutsche Bank’s New York office, where he heads the investment banking effort in the Financial Technology sector. Jason has a broad M&A and financing background in the financial services sector as well as other sectors. Amongst others, he has advised CBOT, NYSE, NYMEX, Deutsche Boerse, GFI Group, ICAP and Global Payments on a variety of M&A and capital-related transactions. Adam is a Canadian and US lawyer specializing principally on matters of electronic transactions and merchant transaction acquiring law. Jon DeVos

Jon currently holds the position of Vice President – Institutional Equity Sales at Raymond James Ltd. He is responsible for establishing and growing Raymond James' Canadian institutional business in the UK and European markets. Jon spent four years as an equity analyst covering the Industrial sector, which included identifying and analyzing investments for institutional clients.
