Obtaining a merchant account is the same as opening up a bank account

Please make sure you have the following information on hand before you begin the application process. If you have all the necessary information, completing the application should take about 5-10 minutes.

General business & deposit information:

• Business Information - addresses, telephone number, fax number, email address, website (if applicable)
• Business License / Articles of Incorporation (if incorporated)
• Current credit card processor information (if applicable)
• VOID Cheque for deposits
• 3 months previous processing history (if available)

Information about your business:

• Totals of annual cash and credit card sales, and percentage of credit card sales by mail order, telephone order and in store purchases
• Store refund/exchange policy with respect to credit cards
• Delivery information if mail order/telephone order

Ownership information

• Names, addresses, phone numbers of first/second owner, partner, or officer
