VersaPay offers merchants the latest online Virtual Transaction
Manager (VTM), a secure web-based application available through
Chase Paymentech's proprietary suite of innovative web-based
reporting tools.
VTM puts you in control of your data and allows real-time
access to this information. You can have a view of real-time
transaction and batch activity and can specify a single day,
or a date range of days, weeks or months to view.
In addition, VTM allows the flexibility of viewing transaction
data across your enterprise, with several features that enhance
the reporting options of even the savviest of users. VTM provides
the detailed data you need, whenever you need it.
VTM Features and Enhancements
- New input screen and results screen design. Results are
displayed in ascending order by merchant name to help organize
and present your data for ease of use.
- Ease of use. We minimized navigational pointing/clicking
throughout our products. Now all reports are accessible
within three clicks.
- Hierarchical viewing. Navigating through your hierarchy
tree is more efficient because your records are now displayed
in ascending order by merchant name. Additionally, there
is only one hierarchy view, rather than the current 2 hierarchy
views, to a merchant's data if the merchant utilizes Chase
Paymentech's preferred front-end and back-end platforms.
- Unified reporting. All modules utilize the same standard
design, which makes training easier and more efficient.
- User authentication. A new security layer has been added
to enhance login security. All existing users will create
new user IDs and passwords. Each user ID must be unique
and passwords will expire every 90 days.
- Cardholder protection. Card masking is an option and,
if turned on, displays only the last 4 digits of the card
number.
