If you are not able to answer the security question that was assigned upon creating your account, please reach to the VersaPay support team at [email protected] or by calling 1-866-999-8729. Please be sure to indicate the VersaPay login email for your account. One of our agents will be happy to verify your account and assist in resetting your security questions.
