Versapay Corporation (“we”, “us”, or “our”) has developed this Privacy Policy to explain how we handle Personal Information (defined below) collected from our customers and users (“you”) who use any of our products or services (the “Services”), or our website, or who otherwise submit Personal Information to Versapay. We respect your privacy rights and recognize the importance of protecting information collected about you. If you use our Services as part of an entity or organization that has an agreement with Versapay (like your employer), the terms of that organization’s contract with Versapay may supersede the terms of this Privacy Policy.

“Personal Information” means any information that identifies you, or by your identity could be deduced. Your business contact information such as your name, position name or title, work address, work telephone/fax number and work email are outside of the scope of this Privacy Policy.

We will collect and use information that you provide us when you browse our website or setup an account to use the Services.

When you access or use our website, Versapay collects information from you exclusively to improve the navigation and usability of our website for our visitors.

(i) Information collected from our website

Versapay uses Google Analytics™ to monitor and track visitor activity on our website. We do not retain your Personal Information but Google Analytics™ does use Cookies to collect your data. Cookies are small bits of information that are transferred to and stored in separate files within your computer or phone’s browser. A Cookie may remain on your computer or phone after the session finishes (until the cookie expires or is deleted by you). Versapay also employs internet advertising and accordingly we track how visitors arrive on our website.

(ii) Information collected when you setup up an account or perform a transaction

Versapay will collect Personal Information when you setup an account to use the Services or products and services provided by our business partners. In addition, we also track your use of Services, and in the course of processing a payment for you, we receive information about you and the payment transaction from your payee and/or a financial institution. This includes payment information that you have furnished to the payee or you have submitted to us while using the Services.


Versapay will only disclose your Personal Information to other organizations or individuals in the following situations: (i) when we have your consent to share the Personal Information; (ii) when we need to share your Personal Information with third parties (such as banks and credit card processors) to the extent necessary for Versapay to deliver payment processing services to you; and (iii) when we are required or authorized by law to do so, including where it is appropriate to comply with the law, to enforce or apply our agreements with you, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Versapay, our users, or others. This includes exchanging Personal Information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and risk reduction.

Where we use third party companies, service providers and processors, we require them to use reasonable safeguards to protect your Personal Information in their custody or control. Occasionally we do use service providers located outside of the jurisdiction in which you are located to process and/or store Personal Information for us. Please note that Personal Information in the custody of these service providers may be subject to access by the law enforcement authorities of those jurisdictions in which the service providers are located.

Versapay will only keep your Personal Information as long as is reasonably necessary for us to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected as outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as may be required by law, whichever is longer.


Our website or the Services may contain hyperlinks or references to other websites (“Linked Sites”) that are not operated by or affiliated with Versapay, and are not governed by our policies. These Linked Sites are not controlled by Versapay, and we cannot be responsible for their content, products, services, policies or any information you may submit to these third party Linked Sites.
