This privacy policy describes Versapay’s data practices as a controller of Personal Information (i.e., where Versapay is in control of the Personal Information and is processing Personal Information for its own purposes). For example, Versapay acts as a controller of Personal Information of Representatives. When you are acting on behalf of an existing or potential Versapay customer, as a signer, account administrator, employee or contractor, for example, you are a “Representative”.
This privacy policy does not apply to the extent that we process Personal Information in the role of a processor or service provider on behalf of our customers. If you are accessing Versapay’s services as a “Buyer”, namely, a party who has purchased goods or services from one of our customers, Versapay is acting in the role of a processor or service provider on behalf of that customer with respect to your Personal Information. When Versapay processes Personal Information on behalf of our customers (such as a supplier from whom you or your business purchase goods or services, if you are a Buyer), the customer is the controller of the Personal Information processed and manages those accounts on the Service. If you are a Buyer, please refer to the privacy policy of the customer you’re doing business with for its privacy practices, and to exercise your choices and controls.
We maintain separate privacy policies for our job applicants and employees. If you are a job applicant, you may view our job applicant privacy policy. If you are a Versapay employee, please contact [email protected] .
