VersaPay Signs Brewers Distributor Ltd. to a 5-Year Preferred Financial Services Provider Agreement & Introduces the VersaCard.

Vancouver, BC, April 11, 2008 – VersaPay Corporation, a national payment processing and financial transaction services and solutions provider is pleased to announce the signing of a 5-year preferred financial services provider agreement with Brewers Distributor Ltd. (BDL), a joint venture company owned by Labatt Breweries of Canada (www.labatt.com) and Molson Coors Brewing Company (www.molson.com). Brewers Distributor Ltd. represents over 9,000 restaurant, beverage and hospitality clients across Western Canada, representing over $1.5 billion dollars in business-to-business transactions and over $10 billion dollars in consumer-based transactions.

Under the agreement, Brewers Distributor customers will be able to use VersaPay’s VersaCard, a stored-value solution which permits their merchants to instantly fund their VersaCard for distributor purchases using their personal or corporate credit cards, electronic funds transfer and other available payment methods. The VersaCard is beneficial to Brewers Distributor customers as cash settlement is required prior to the release of inventory to liquor licensees. The VersaCard enhances supply-chain relationships by providing multiple electronic payment methods within one central and integrated environment, while increasing order fulfilment efficiency and simplifying distributor account reconciliation processes.

In addition to offering the VersaCard solution, Brewers Distributor customers will be eligible to participate in the Brewers-VersaPay Merchant Services Program which consists of preferential rates on their payment processing for their own merchant accounts. Under the joint program, VersaPay will immediately make available to the 9,000 customers the guaranteed and privileged rates for processing Visa®, MasterCard® and Interac® Direct Debit payments at their place of business.
