Gift Card Incentive Program Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Visa Gift Card Incentive Program ("Program") offered by Solupay Consulting LLC d/b/a Versapay. The Program provides eligible business leads the opportunity to receive a $250 Visa gift card for attending and completing a product demonstration, subject to these Terms. 

  1. Offer Details. Eligible participants will receive one (1) $250 Visa gift card (the “Incentive”) upon attending and completing a scheduled product demonstration. Participation and completion of the demo are mandatory to qualify for the Incentive. The Incentive is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. If the Incentive becomes unavailable for any reason, Versapay reserves the right to substitute for an Incentive of equal or higher value
  2. Qualification Criteria. Participants must be legitimate business prospects, accurately register with valid information, and fully attend the product demonstration as scheduled. Incomplete or fraudulent registrations will result in disqualification from the Program.
  3. Eligibility. Participants must be at least 18 years of age, be employed by an existing Versapay lead, and reside in a state where this Program is permitted by law. Existing customers and prospects in an active pipeline are not eligible for participation. This Program is not open to any parties who are not employed by a legitimate business prospect, including, without limitation, our vendors, partners, competitors, or internal employees.
  4. Limitations. Only one gift card will be awarded per individual. Duplicate participation, registration, or attempts to receive multiple gift cards are strictly prohibited.
  5. Fulfillment. Gift cards will be delivered electronically to the email address provided by the participant at the time of registration via Versapay’s designated third party service after successful completion of the product demonstration. Delivery times may vary due to technical or administrative reasons.
  6. Use of Personal Information. Versapay’s use of participants’ personal information shall be in accordance with the terms of its Privacy Policy. By participating in this Program, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
  7. General Terms. The Program is void where prohibited by law. Versapay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with receipt of the gift card. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. All determinations concerning eligibility, qualification, and successful completion of the product demonstration are made in the sole and absolute discretion of Versapay, which are final and binding. Versapay disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Program and gift card.  
  8. Limitation of Liability; Gift Card Terms.  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: (a) Versapay is not responsible for any inability to issue, deliver, activate, or redeem a gift card due to (i) a participant’s provision of inaccurate or incomplete information, (ii) email filtering or delivery issues, (iii) technical failures, or (iv) actions or omissions of any third-party service providers or the gift card issuer; (b) gift cards are issued by third parties and are subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions, and Versapay does not make any representations or warranties regarding the gift card, including its availability, merchant acceptance, or fitness for a particular purpose; and (c) in no event will Versapay be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to the Program or any gift card, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Versapay’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Program or any gift card will not exceed the value of the gift card offered under the Program (i.e., $250).
