Toronto, ON – February 11, 2016 – Versapay Corporation (TSXV: VPY) ("Versapay" or the "Company"), a leading provider of cloud-based invoicing, accounts receivable management and payment solutions, today announced the Company has granted incentive stock options to officers and employees of the Company to purchase up to 490,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Company under its share option plan.
Each option entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $1.40, and will expire on February 8th, 2021. The options granted are subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and applicable hold and Company vesting periods.
Versapay is a leading cloud-based invoice presentment and payment provider for businesses of all sizes. Versapay’s ARC software-as-a-service offering allows businesses to easily deliver customized electronic invoices to their customers, to accept credit card and EFT payments and automatically reconcile payments to their ERP and accounting software.
